About the 2018 FOP Family Gathering:
Family Gatherings are an exciting opportunity to learn from FOP experts and one another, reconnect with old friends, and develop new relationships. The IFOPA is pleased to present the 2018 Gathering on November 16-18 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Please note that all meeting presentations and materials will only be available in English.
Agenda:
Friday, Nov. 16 - During the day you'll have the opportunity to participate in FOP Medical and Dental Clinics, tell your FOP story, ask questions about the FOP Registry, and more! We'll have a Welcome Dinner Friday evening.
Saturday, Nov. 17 - We'll spend the day hearing from FOP experts and have breakfast, lunch and a special celebratory dinner together.
Sunday, Nov. 18 - While the morning will consist of a few more presentations, the majority of the day you'll spend sharing with and learning from one another in breakout groups. We'll have breakfast and lunch together. FOP Medical and Dental Clinics will also be available throughout the day.

FOP Clinics:
During the Gathering, there will be a limited number of medical and dental consultation appointments with a team of FOP experts; no written notes are provided following your consultation. You will sign-up to participate on the Family Gathering registration form.
Registration Rates:
Registration includes Friday's dinner, two breakfasts, two lunches and dinner on Saturday evening.

Event Hotel:
The Gathering will be held at the Four Seasons Baltimore. The IFOPA is offering a special room block at the event hotel at the rate of $199/night. Reservations should be made between July 9 and Oct. 22 in order to get this rate. Rooms are available with a king bed or two double beds; most king rooms also include a pull-out sofa sleeper.
The hotel does offer several types of accessible rooms. You will note which type of room you require and any other accommodations you need in your Family Gathering registration.
Travel:
As we have deeply discounted registration, attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel expense. There are a very limited number of travel and/or lodging stipends available for an FOP individual and one family member or attendant. While the initial deadline has passed, if you are in need of a stipend, please send an email to familygathering@ifopa.org. We will continue to distribute funds until funds are no longer available.

1. Register for the FOP Family Gathering by clicking the green Register button below. Family Gathering registration closes on Thursday, November 1.
2. You must book your hotel at the Baltimore Four Seasons using the IFOPA promotion code to receive the special rate of $199 per night. Room reservations must be made by October 22. You will receive the hotel registration link when you have completed your Family Gathering registration.
Your registration for the 2018 FOP Family Gathering has been received. We are excited that you will be with us and others from the FOP community in Baltimore! A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you.
